Your floor stays on your floor.

MEMAR is the fleet-monitoring and OEE platform for shops that can't put their machines on someone else's cloud. It runs fully self-hosted and air-gapped — your production data never leaves your network. No telemetry. No phone-home. Block every outbound port and core monitoring still works.

Cloud MDC can't do this. Structurally.

Cloud tools (MachineMetrics, Scytec, FreePoint)
  • Machine data is shipped to a vendor cloud to function
  • Requires constant outbound internet from the shop floor
  • Disqualified the moment a contract says "no external connections"
  • Your telemetry lives on infrastructure you don't control
MEMAR air-gap
  • Runs entirely inside your network — data never leaves
  • Zero egress for core monitoring; block outbound and it still works
  • Built for the contracts that disqualify everyone else
  • Your hardware, your data, your schema — exportable anytime

Built for the facilities cloud can't serve.

Defense & aerospace suppliers

Facilities where production data physically cannot leave the building — MEMAR runs entirely inside your network boundary. We don't hold an ITAR/CUI certification ourselves; we build the tool to the requirement and leave compliance sign-off to your own SSP process.

IP-sensitive manufacturers

Proprietary processes, tooling, and cycle data that you will not hand to a vendor cloud. Your machine telemetry stays your trade secret.

No-cloud security policy

Shops where IT policy or a customer contract forbids outbound connections from the OT/shop-floor network. MEMAR needs zero egress to run.

Remote / disconnected sites

Plants with no reliable internet, or deliberately isolated OT segments. Monitoring that does not depend on a WAN link to a SaaS backend.

Disconnected, and fully functional.

Zero egress for core monitoring

No cloud account, no telemetry, no phone-home. Core monitoring, control, and licensing talk only to your machines on your LAN. Two optional features need outbound access — the Prusa Connect adapter and 3D floor-plan generation — skip those and block everything else.

License verified offline

The license is an Ed25519-signed key file, verified locally against an embedded public key. No activation server, no license check-in.

12-month signed key

Air-gap licenses are time-boxed key files issued for the term. Renewal is a new file — handed over out-of-band, not a network call.

The full platform

5 of 6 proven 3D-printing adapters (Prusa Connect requires internet and is excluded; Bambu Lab is reverse-engineered/unverified), 12 alpha adapters for CNC and beyond, OEE, and 2D floor plans — running fully disconnected.

Flat-rate. No per-machine meter.
