CNC monitoring is alpha. Here's what that actually means.

The 3D-printing adapters are proven — six years of production fleet history behind them. The CNC adapters (Haas, Fanuc, Sinumerik, Fadal, Mach3/4, LinuxCNC) are real, working code, but not yet verified against every machine in the field — e-stop behavior is not guaranteed. If a fleet is CNC-only, that fleet is the pilot, not the reference customer.

So Workshop, Business, and Enterprise pricing runs at a discounted first-year rate for CNC-primary fleets, with direct hardening support: adapters get worked against the specific machines on-site until they're solid, priced as a partnership, not a finished-product sale.
