1. What we collect

When you purchase a MEMAR license or contact us, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers). MEMAR itself runs on your hardware and sends no telemetry to us by default.

2. How we use it

Email: license delivery, renewal notices, product updates you opt into. Payment data: processed by Stripe under their privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (Stripe).

3. MEMAR self-hosted deployments

MEMAR is self-hosted software. All machine telemetry, floor plan data, and user data stays on your infrastructure. Stratum Industries has no access to your deployment data.

4. Cookies

We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we never share browsing data with third parties. This website does set one first-party cookie (stratum_utm, retained 30 days) that records how you first arrived — for example, which campaign or referral link — so we can attribute an eventual enquiry to its source. It is readable only by this site, is not used to build a cross-site profile, and carries no personal information until you choose to submit a form. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

5. Data retention

License records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@stratum.industries. We will respond within 30 days.
